Type of Carbohydrate which good for Consumed before doing Exercise


Many people believe that exercising on an empty stomach will maximize weight loss because more calories are burned. But that assumption is wrong,that does not fill the stomach of food can actually make the body weak and no energy when we should move intensely. 

One of the nutrients that should be consumed before exercise is carbohydrate or carbohydrate in short.Not only is required during exercise, other activities are still needed carbohydrates.
Types of carbohydrates as well as what is consumed prior to exercise? And when the best time to eat?

3-4 hours before exercise:
  • Spaghetti from whole wheat flour. Whole wheat is a good source of complex carbohydratesand can store energy reserves in the muscle for a long time.
  • Brown rice with vegetables. Brown rice is rich in fiber and can reduce the risk of colon cancer.
  • Whole wheat pancakes. Rich in fiber which gives a sense of fullness for longer. Combine with fruit
  • fresh and honey to taste more delicious.
30-60 minutes before exercise:
  • Whole-grain cereals. A bowl of whole grain cereals are quick and easy way to fill the stomach. Ate with skim or low fat.
  • Confectionery / wheat crackers. Be sure whole wheat flour without addedMSG. If you have to be sport and nothing to eat cereal and milk, wheat crackers can be a healthy choice for energy intake.
  • Fruit Smoothie. Combine low-fat milk with your favorite fruits. Do not be afraid to add fresh veggies or green tea in addition to fiber and energy
  • Almost all women do things to slow down aging, especially aging of the face. Not surprisingly, they can spend substantial funds to this one. 
However, there is an easy way to make it look younger and fresh.
